  • How do i get started?
    The best option is to first contact us by completing the "quote form" From here we will discuss your needs, pricing and then start working on your visuals for you. You will work 1-1 with one of our experienced designers.
  • I'm not very good at design work, can you assist?"
    Yes absolutely, we have a team of highly experienced designers who will put some visuals together for you. You just need to give us a basic idea of what you are looking for.
  • How much do you charge for artwork?
    We don’t, this is all free and part of the Cheetah service.
  • I need the colours to match our current colour scheme, is this possible?"
    Yes, of course, we can, if you have the pantone colours we will ensure these are used and 100% match your corporate logo and colours.
  • Will the print peel off and will the colours fade?
    The simple answer is no. The way is which the garments are printed is by using a process called sublimation. This is the technical bit! Sublimation printing is the application of sublimation inks onto a surface using a heat press to provide the required combination of heat, time and pressure. This combination causes the inks to be converted from a solid to a gaseous state enabling them to penetrate the sublimatable surface so that a permanent, full colour image is formed. The colour penetrates the surface of the item so that the result is colourful, long lasting and resistant to scratching unlike some other printing methods that merely print onto the surface of the item.
  • How long do the outfits take to make?
    Our standard lead time is 3-4 weeks, however, we can fast track your order in just 1 week for an extra fee
  • Where do you ship to?
    We ship worldwide and ship hundreds of garments monthly across the globe
  • Can I have a sample before I place my order?
    We will be happy to supply samples for sizing or colour match purposes. We charge for each sample which is non-refundable including any postage/carriage costs.
  • What happens if the items arrive faulty or damaged?
    Thankfully this is extremely rare as the garments are made from very high-quality fabrics. If for any reason your item arrives damaged you are required to inform us immediately and to send in a photo. We will then create a set of replacement outfits and ship them on a fast track service. We will need the damaged garments back straight away.
  • How much do the kits cost?
    If you contact us today with all of your requirements then a member of our sales team shall contact you immediately via phone or e-mail, whatever you prefer. As we physically manufacture the garments ourself, we can usually offer a price match.
  • Can you help me with sizing?
    Yes of course and we have size guides available, just ask your sales contact. We can also post out sizing samples, which will need to be returned back to us. We cater for all sizes from small children right up to 7XL adults.
  • Do you offer sponsorship deals to make the kits cheaper?
    From time to time the answer is Yes. This depends on many factors including the type of sport, location, coverage you expect to receive, time of the year, plus a few other factors. We would suggest you get in touch to discuss this further.
  • How can I pay?
    We offer several options to make a payment: 1) Via invoice and we ask you bank transfer the funds 2) Via Paypal 3) Credit or Debit card 4) Laybuy (pay in 6 weekly installments)
  • Do you offer any payment terms?
    Yes we do, we have teamed up with LayBuy where we can now split your payments into 6 weekly installments. Click HERE for more info. There is 0% interest with this option, Cheetah Sportswear pay the interest.
